Vocaloid3 Megpoid English Review

Let's start by saying when I first learned of Megpoid English it was due to an email about her demo being out. I'll admit she's not as easy to learn as some of the other Vocaloid voice banks, but her voice has a lot of potential in it. Prior to starting the Megpoid Trial Version I have never used or had interest in buying a English Vocaloid so this demo made me reconsider. During the trial period I made 8 cover songs so needless to say I fell in love with Gumi's new English voice library and decided to buy it. Internet Co., Ltd did a superb job recording Megumi's voice for this Vocaloid because her accent and phonetics actually help, but the library itself is just like the original or Megpoid Native. Since buying Megpoid English I have entered into Internet Co.'s Megpoid English Contest, but haven't done anything new yet although I currently have lots of plans for Gumi.

Pros:
- As much quality as Japanese VB
- Extremely realistic breathing effects
- Can sing nearly any genre
- Massive vocal range

Cons:
- Slightly harder to use than other English Vocaloid Software
