As mainly a solo acoustic player, I tried just about every acoustic combo amp under a grand including the Loudboxes & Braggs stuff. This amp has the richest, thickest, warmest tone out of all of them. And it's a nice looking amp though mine came with the darker covering. My only complaint is you can't independently control the effect level on each channel. There is an on/off button for each channel, but only a master volume for effect level. Plus you can't apply a different effect for each channel. But there's always work arounds there. And having an acoustic amp sound this rich is worth the minor inconvenience. Plus a touch of Effect #7 across both channels sounds pretty good if you want to keep it simple. The following link is a video demo I made Sunday by stereo micing the amp to record. There is probably a touch too much compression added in post, but you can definately hear the amp shine.
