I have two flutes from this maker and each is a great addition to my collection. I've played or heard several other of his flutes and find them all of the same outstanding quality. I'm surprised at how thin the barrel walls are. This makes for a very light flute with a resonant and full sound.

I haven't looked at the CD that came with the flute. I've glanced at the book and it seems well done and useful. The stand is an extra bonus.

I had some dealings with the maker around an problem that resulted from an error on my part. Although the responsibility for the error was totally mine he was very gracious and helpful in arranging things to my satisfaction.

All told, an excellent transaction for an excellent flute from a helpful and responsive craftsman. I don't see how you could go wrong with these flutes.
