I purchased this Gator bag to carry around a rather heavy powered monitor for our band and now have used it for about a dozen gigs. It is really a top quality product, very heavy duty, well padded, well designed, with a side pocket big enough to carry the power cord, an extension cord and speaker cable. My only (small) suggestion to the manufacturer is that in the future they substitute round headed bolts for the current hex bolts that attach the suitcase-style handle. The first time I laid the case down on my van's floor I made the mistake of sliding it like I did other cases. The hex bolts scraped up the floor! Now I've learned my lesson. Other than that it's a great bag.
