I recently purchased this receiver from another website for about $30 less than it is sold here for. When I first got it I had serious problems with the clarity of the audio inputs. I thought that it was broken but after contacting Technical Pro's support via their website they suggested an adapter to make the ground plug no longer plug into the wall. I did not have an adapter so I just broke the ground pin off the plug, and to my surprise it worked! There is still a bit of noise but nowhere near what it was before. For this cheap it was a pretty good deal. I figured i'd leave a review here since it's the first place anyone will go to find reviews. Hope this helps someone out there!
