My wife is only 5' and left handed.. So when we went out looking for a guitar for her to learn on it was almost impossible.. Sure you can find a 3/4 scale or a left handed but not both and most retailers won't or can't order one in.. Guitar center offered to convert a 3/4 scale right into a left for an additional $65 but the body (knobs, strap hooks and such) would still be configured for right and in the way..

This purchase was cheaper and just what we wanted, plus it came with an amp, bag, cable and instruction DVD.. I don't find any difference from any of the entry level Epiphone or Fender strat packs..
