I purchased this over a year ago, and it is still going strong. I actually use this primarily as a preamp for my condenser microphone, and it does a pretty exceptional job at that. For those who dont have the luxury of a high tech studio, this is a good choice, especially for acoustic settings, and even live recordings. The built in microphones work rather well, and have 90 and 120 degree recording angles. This actually assisted me with recording a medium quality acoustic album. Actually, this is all I used. My only gripe is that when you plug it into the wall, it doesnt charge the batteries. </3 Also, this thing isn't the most durable thing in the world, especially near the microphones, so as long as you're careful, and dont drop it, this device will be perfect for someone who's cramped on space.
