works great with mbp + logic pro x no probs at all. i think it shouldve come with an option to power it by ac adapter, incase you would ever use it strictly midi out to a sound module lets say in a LIVE setting without a laptop/ usb power around. . . . . but other than that, it does what it was made to do. be a usb synth controller. nice !
